Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work outside regular hours during commencements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service; answer phones and process record changes.
• Audit and award undergraduate degrees; manage registrations and verifications.
• Deploy scheduling of courses and meetings using Ad Astra; assist with course building.
• Assist with commencements and registrar events; support special projects.
