Job summary

The role oversees facility operations, event setup and execution, student employee supervision, and building inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two years of hospitality or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and evenings on short notice.
• Experience with student union operations and services.
• Experience coordinating event logistics and support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of the University Center.
• Oversee event setup, room configurations and changeovers.
• Supervise student staff and develop work schedules.
• Manage inventory, safety inspections and risk management.
• Coordinate with Facilities Services for repairs and preventive maintenance.
