Hawaiian Bros Island Grill seeks an Associate Director of Third-Party Delivery to own the day-to-day performance of Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub across company and franchise restaurants. The role focuses on profitability, data-driven decisions, and weekly leadership reviews.

You will lead partner engagement, analyze platform metrics, and drive AI-assisted insights while partnering with the CMO and executives on strategic negotiations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent record.
• 3+ years managing restaurant third-party delivery channels or partnerships for a restaurant company, platform, or agency.
• Hands-on delivery platform operations and marketing experience.
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
• Proven restaurant profit results across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated AI-enabled analytical or reporting improvement with validated outputs.
• Independently leads execution, explains financial trade-offs, adapts to operator priorities, and influences action without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery channel profitability by restaurant across Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub; optimize profits per location.
• Lead daily partner discussions; challenge recommendations with evidence and pursue better support, funding, and placement.
• Define data needs; connect platform, POS, integration, and settlement data; advance AI-assisted analysis and reporting.
• Model pricing and promotions; manage advertising spend and test comparisons for incremental profit.
• Build trust with franchisees and operators; tailor recommendations and secure participation in initiatives.
• Onboard new restaurants to all platforms with verified menus, pricing, hours, and integrations.
