Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is hiring in NYC for a hybrid, full-time role in Business Operations and Growth Strategy. You will stand up new bets, leverage data-driven insights, and design lean experiments to uncover product-market fit.

The role requires coordinating across R&D, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs, and integrating AI to accelerate impact. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in startup or hypergrowth settings, strong data/BI fluency, and ability to own ambiguous

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startup, incubator, or hypergrowth environments.
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; able to define plans where none exist.
• AI fluency; power user and know when to override AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new bets from scratch, own hypothesis, prove unit economics and path to scale.
• Use data-driven insights and BI to guide decisions and design new products or ventures.
• Design and run lean, in-market experiments to signal product-market fit.
• Mobilize cross-functional stakeholders quickly to bring bets to market.
• Identify and integrate AI and automation into the innovation process to boost speed and quality.
• Stay current on external trends, AI advancements, and industry benchmarks.
