IQVIA is seeking an Associate Business Development Director to accelerate sales of Safety & Regulatory solutions in the US. You will drive full-cycle sales, secure Meetings, and coordinate SMEs to craft compelling proposals for pharma, biotech, and clinical research clients.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of professional services sales, strong written/verbal English, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. Bachelor's degree required; location flexibility across major US markets.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of sustained and successful sales of professional services to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, or CROs.
• Experience selling to senior executives in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Proven full sales cycle capabilities: prospecting, proposing, negotiating, closing.

• Prospect accounts focusing on Safety and Regulatory products and services.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key target accounts.
• Manage assigned accounts to generate incremental and repeatable annual business.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and negotiate terms for programs and projects.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure delivery of software and service solutions.
• Expand product portfolio in Safety and Regulatory market and maximize account coverage.
