Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Quantitative System Pharmacology (QSP) to advance Model-informed Drug Development across preclinical, translational, and clinical phases for autoimmune and inflammation biologics.

You will develop and execute fit-for-purpose QSP and (m)PBPK models, support simulations, and collaborate with biology, chemistry, and pharmacology teams to accelerate program progression and clearly communicate modeling insights.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years in QSP, PBPK or related fields.
• Hands-on proficiency in MATLAB/SimBiology, R, GastroPlus or similar software.
• Experience with therapeutic antibodies and biologics in preclinical, translational, and clinical pharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QSP and (m)PBPK models for autoimmune/inflammation programs.
• Support simulation efforts and model-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with biology, chemistry and pharmacology teams to accelerate programs.
• Communicate modeling insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
