Job summary

Raytheon Company is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology (AT) Team in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role requires active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.

You will develop and execute Material Program Plans, manage supplier relationships, and drive procurement activities across development programs. Responsibilities include creating RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, generating purchase requisitions and POs, and coordinating with production control, procurement, and

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
• Experience in SAP and familiarity with MRP supply and demand.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Assisting with the review and SCM inputs of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Generating Supplier RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.
• Creating Request for material, and short text purchase requests (RFM/STPR).
• Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
• Familiar with policies and procedures to perform MPM tasks.
• Coordinate with production control, procurement, and engineering for supply chain needs.
• Facilitate creation or updates of PIA’s and/or NDA’s for new suppliers.
• Streamline PO placement cycles with AT Procurement.
• Ability to travel 15%
