Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, Biology).
• Minimum of multiple years in technology transfer, process development, or manufacturing operations within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust processes and ensure right-first-time technology transfer from R&D to operations for antigens and final products.
• Lead and coach a high-performing technology transfer team with a focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
• Drive data-driven decision making, risk assessment, and process optimization to reduce COGs and improve throughput.
• Oversee strategic initiatives and align with regional technology goals across R&D, operations, and regulatory.
