Responsibilities
- Lead process characterization studies to establish robust manufacturing processes.
- Drive technology transfers to commercial manufacturing sites.
- Support regulatory filing activities including process characterization and validation planning.
- Mentor and develop technical staff through problem solving and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance late-stage programs.
