Qualifications

• 8+ years post-bachelor’s experience in drug substance/product biologics manufacturing or related ops.
• Proven ability to lead technical transfers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing to drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for tech transfer deliveries to External Partners on-time and within budget.
• Guide External Partners with technical assessments and process configurations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, External Manufacturing Ops, QA and Regulatory for partner selection and readiness.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation plans for partner collaborations.
• Develop and execute validation strategies for new and existing products.
• Support manufacturing issues and optimize process capacity with External Partners.
