Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. in Indianapolis seeks an Associate Director to drive portfolio acceleration within the Pharmacy and Health Technology product growth team.

You will translate priorities into integrated programs, align functions, and establish governance to ensure timely delivery and readiness. The role requires senior-level collaboration across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, with a focus on organizational readiness and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise program management, product operations, or portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and measurable results.
• Experience establishing governance, operating cadences, portfolio KPIs, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs advancing portfolio priorities and product delivery.
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Establish and manage portfolio governance, forums, and cadences to improve transparency and execution accuracy.
