Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a matrixed corporate product management environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmacy, health technology, life sciences, or clinical research platforms.
• Proven success delivering complex, large-scale digital platforms or SaaS products.
• Experience leading AI/ML-enabled products, including generative AI applications.
• Strong executive presence with experience partnering with C-level stakeholders.
• Track record of leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern product management practices, including Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the pharmacy health technology portfolio.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Lead and develop senior product leaders, managers, and high-level professionals.
• Develop and operationalize responsible AI strategies, including generative AI, NLP, and intelligent search.
• Lead platform transformation and ensure scalable, reliable, user-centered design.
• Analyze market dynamics and guide product direction to maximize profitability.
