Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Indianapolis seeks a strategic, hands-on Vice President, Technology Product Management to lead a portfolio of pharmacy health technology products, including AI-enabled workflows, clinical decision platforms, and data‑driven solutions.

Reporting to executive leadership, this role shapes enterprise strategy, advances AI capabilities, and drives platform transformation within regulated healthcare environments. Travel approx. 20% (domestic).

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive product management experience in a matrixed corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
Experience in pharmacy, health technology, life sciences, or clinical research platforms.
Proven success delivering large-scale digital platforms or SaaS products.
Experience leading AI/ML-enabled products, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the pharmacy health technology portfolio.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
Drive differentiation through innovation, data, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Lead and develop senior product leaders, managers, and high-level professionals.
Partner with executive leadership to shape enterprise strategy and platform transformation.
Represent product strategy in executive reviews, board discussions, and investor forums.
