Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise program management, product operations, portfolio management experience.
• Experience establishing governance, operating cadences, integrated plans, portfolio KPIs, executive reporting, roadmap coordination, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs advancing portfolio priorities, readiness, and delivery.
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Establish portfolio governance, decision forums, cadences, standards, and repeatable processes for transparency and accountability.
• Advise senior product directors and functional leaders while mobilizing teams without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
