Job summary

Qcells USA Corp. in Irvine, CA seeks an Associate Director, Platform Operations to govern design and proposal platforms, ensure data integrity, and certify API integrations with partners.

You will lead a cross-functional team across internal business units and external partners to meet evolving clean energy program requirements and platform standards. The role demands strategic operation, regulatory awareness, and the ability to scale processes for growth while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in solar/renewable energy, operations, data management, or related areas with 5+ years leading teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design and proposal tool relationships, settings, controls and oversight.
• Manage direct pay relationships including integration and compliance with contracts.
• Evaluate and certify new/updated design platforms with defect identification.
• Ensure regulatory program compliance (Domestic Content, FEOC, Safe Harbor) and audit readiness.
• Own data integrity, reporting accuracy, and platform alignment across assets.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and scale the function with strategic hires.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Capital Markets, and Servicing on data standards.
