Job summary

Riveron is seeking a seasoned consultant to drive performance improvement for public and private organizations in Atlanta. The role focuses on finance transformation, operating models, and process optimization, with autonomy to lead projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

You will build and sustain client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and develop teams within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Travel may be required based on client locations and engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• Thrives in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• Identifies problems and instinctively looks for solutions
• Exhibits willingness to participate in internal and external company initiatives
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location

Responsibilities

• Use functional leadership and expertise to advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations
• Run smaller projects autonomously
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers
• Contribute to developing future practice leaders
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple client engagements
• Partner with executive leaders to conduct business development activities
