Riveron seeks a seasoned consulting leader to help clients optimize financial and operational performance. You will drive strategies, lead smaller engagements, and contribute to practice development through thought leadership and client delivery excellence.

You will mentor teams, nurture client relationships, and expand services across finance transformation, analytics, and ERP projects. Travel to client sites is required in this dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in at least one ERP/finance governance/CPM tech or data visualization.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field.
• Proven ability to sustain long-term client relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously and contribute to practice development.
• Lead thought leadership, white papers, and people development initiatives.
• Provide guidance to teams across multiple client engagements and support business development.
