Riveron seeks an experienced consulting leader to drive performance improvements in finance and operations for diverse clients. You will lead and develop teams, manage client relationships, and run multiple engagements with autonomy.

You’ll contribute to market-facing initiatives, guide practice development, and support business development while traveling as required to client sites. This role values adaptability, delivery, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting or corporate experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field.
• Proven ability to sustain long-term client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Thrives in dynamic, changing environments and can travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Lead smaller projects autonomously and contribute to market-facing initiatives.
• Advance people leaders into future practice leaders and mentor teams.
• Provide guidance across multiple client engagements and support BD activities.
• Collaborate with executive leaders on growth and client success.
• Drive thought leadership and white papers to grow practice visibility.
