Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study.
• Willingness to travel as required based on client location.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems related to improving business processes, enabling technology, and aligning the operating model for growth.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute to developing people leaders into future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance and issue-resolution support to teams across concurrent client engagements.
• Support business development efforts with practice executives.
