Job summary

Riveron in Chicago seeks a senior consultant to lead performance improvement engagements in finance and operations, advising clients on improving profitability, working capital, and growth. You will run smaller projects autonomously, develop thought leadership, and mentor future practice leaders.

You’ll partner with executives across client teams, travel as needed, and contribute to business development while delivering client-centric, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or corporate roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study.
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute actively to developing people leaders into future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance and issue resolution to teams across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Partner with executive leaders to conduct business development activities.
