Riveron is seeking an experienced leadership consultant to guide clients in finance and operations transformation. You will lead smaller engagements, develop market-facing content, and coach rising leaders while expanding the firm’s client base across diverse industries.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in advisory roles, strong ERP/CPM knowledge, and a talent for building long-term client relationships. Travel as required is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting/advisory or corporate experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously and lead market-facing practice initiatives.
• Mentor and develop future practice leaders and support business development.
