Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS) required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities including benefits investigation, case management, prior authorization support, affordability services, and patient support workflows.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes to support participation in patient services programs, data collection, engagement, and treatment initiation.
• Define hub business rules, workflows, service requirements, and escalation pathways for therapy-specific patient support capabilities.
• Develop and oversee affordability strategy, copay program structure, and financial assistance solutions to reduce barriers to treatment.
• Translate program strategy into operational execution with vendors to reflect intended patient experience and business objectives.
• Support vendor selection and oversee hub and affordability partner performance with service expectations and governance.
• Establish performance measures and reporting requirements to identify barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant implementation and launch readiness of patient support programs.
