Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in North Wales, PA, seeks an Associate Director, Patient Support Data Strategy & Management to own end-to-end data strategy for the PSP across hub services, specialty pharmacies, adherence programs and new channels.

You will design the data foundation, measurement framework, and reporting needed to understand patient progression from prescription through access, onboarding, fulfillment, adherence, and persistence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or healthcare with patient support data experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PSP data strategy and mapping across hubs and channels.
• Translate data signals into recommendations for program design and investments.
• Partner with vendors, data aggregators, and cross-functional teams to operationalize data flows.
• Develop dashboards and routine reports to monitor PSP performance.
