Job summary

Sotalent is seeking an Associate Director of Patient Access and Services to shape access and support strategies across oncology and neuroscience portfolios. You will report to the Senior Director of Patient Support Services and Hub Operations and lead initiatives to improve patient and provider experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in hub operations or access marketing, a strong track record with Medicare Part D and commercial reimbursement, and proven vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in patient support hub operations or access marketing in biopharma.
• Experience with Medicare Part D and commercial reimbursement.
• Experience managing specialty or rare disease products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop franchise-wide hub strategies to optimize performance.
• Design programs using market insights to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on access initiatives.
• Lead development of program content and training tools.
• Act as subject matter expert on reimbursement and access.
• Manage affordability programs including copay assistance.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to measure impact.
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
• Partner with field reimbursement and sales teams to improve workflows.
• Present results to senior leadership.
• Stay current on policy changes via conferences.
