Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Access & Services in the U.S. to lead hub operations and patient support across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology.

The role drives strategy, messaging, and program execution to improve patient access and outcomes. The position reports to the Senior Director, Patient Support Services & Hub Operations and requires strong project leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-touch, compliant programs for

• Proven track record leading complex, high-impact projects.
• Experience managing hub vendors, agen-cies, and budgets.
• Ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Strategy & Execution across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology.
• Insights & Program Optimization based on market trends.
• Access & Communications planning with cross-functional teams.
• Subject Matter Expertise on access services and reimbursement.
• Manage access tools, content, and programs (copay, patient assistance).
• Develop KPIs and report operational impact across franchises.
• Present at quarterly business reviews and leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Advocacy.
