For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Patient Support Services to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will shape patient support and hub service strategy across a portfolio of specialty therapies, with a strong focus on improving access and the overall patient journey. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align access strategies, messaging, and program execution with market needs and reimbursement realities. This position also serves as a subject matter expert for access services, helping advance innovative solutions, performance tracking, and external representation at industry events.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $240,000 annually

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Medicare Part D and commercial reimbursement
• Proven project management skills with complex initiatives
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
