Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, seeks an Associate Director for Patient Access & Services to advance hub operations and patient support across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology. You will shape strategies, messaging, and programs to improve patient access and engagement with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in patient support services, hub operations, access marketing, or healthcare operations.
• Direct experience supporting specialty and/or rare disease products (Sleep/Neuroscience/EMD/Oncology).
• Medicare Part D/commercial reimbursement acumen is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Evolve, enhance, and execute hub and Patient Support Services strategies across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology.
• Lead programs to refine strategies and generate insights addressing HCPs, caregivers, and patients.
• Plan and implement access strategies, content, and hub training for field and customer-facing teams.
• Present complex operational data in executive-level QBRs and leadership updates.
