Job summary

The role blends hybrid analytics work with market research, requiring strong leadership, data storytelling, and collaboration across functions to optimize patient access strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 8+ years of quantitative analysis of operational, sales or marketing data.
• Knowledge of pharma ecosystem and datasets (prescriber, claims, formulary, etc.).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with senior management.
• Experience with analytics tools and programming languages (R, Python, SAS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Map patient journey to identify barriers to access.
• Develop analytical solutions explaining drivers of outcomes.
• Create KPIs and dashboards for access program performance.
• Collaborate with vendors like IQVIA, Symphony, Relay Health, CoverMyMeds.
• Lead integration with Market Access and Brand MAPS teams.
• Mentor junior team members and manage contractors.
