Job summary

This role will guide strategy, operating model, and execution, working with brand, market access, analytics, and field leaders to improve patient access and experience.

The candidate will manage three direct reports, shape initiatives across brands and launches, and ensure compliant field actions with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years business experience across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Access, Reimbursement or related fields.
• Experience in access, reimbursement, or patient services.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and Health Care Compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
