Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Strategy & Execution—Oncology. This M2 people-leader role will guide three direct reports and shape strategy, operating models, and execution for the Field Reimbursement Manager organization across the Oncology portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Access, Reimbursement, Operations, Analytics or related fields.
Experience in access, reimbursement, patient services, or field customer engagement.
Leadership experience with coaching talent and driving accountability.
Ability to shape strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate insights into field execution.
Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Think strategically to connect portfolio priorities across brands and launches.
Lead FRM strategy for new brands and indications, including field readiness.
Define metrics and dashboards; guide AI-enabled targeting and CRM capabilities.
Set capability agenda for Oncology FRM; oversee national meetings and training.
Lead, coach and develop three direct reports; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
