Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Strategy & Execution—Oncology. Lead three direct reports and shape FRM strategy across oncology, aligning with brand, access, analytics, and field leaders to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The role spans portfolio strategy, launch readiness, data-driven insights, and capability building, with a focus on compliant, scalable field solutions and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Access, Reimbursement, Operations, Analytics or related fields.
• Proven ability to shape strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate insights into field execution.
• Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and Health Care Compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRM strategy and operating model across Oncology portfolio with clear priorities.
• Translate plans into compliant, executable field actions and strengthen readiness.
• Define how FRM impact is measured using dashboards and analytics.
• Build capability and lead three direct reports with development and succession planning.
• Partner across brand, market access, Patient Experience, analytics, and technology.
