You will help with financial performance, client relations, team leadership, and business development, leveraging a strong understanding of the multifamily industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management with a focus on property operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with property management software and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of communities.
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgets, marketing, and business plans.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly financial performance and reporting to clients.
• Assist in onboarding of new Portfolio Managers and mentor staff.
• Implement and adjust sales, leasing, and operations plans to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and respond to changing conditions.
• Support resident retention programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
• Develop client relationships and participate in pitches and meetings.
