You will collaborate with managers to optimize daily operations, manage budgets, and oversee capital projects and resident relations. The role requires 15+ years in residential PM, incl.

Formación

• 15 years of residential property management experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior management position.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iLuvLeasing, On-Site and Yardi.
• Experience managing luxury, market rent, and rent stabilized assets.
• Strong supervisory, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and mentorship to property management teams to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with property managers to optimize daily operations and monitor budgets.
• Prepare owner reporting packages including budgets, business plans and monthly reports.
• Oversee asset management, acquisitions/dispositions and communicate with ownership.
• Develop strategic plans and address resident concerns, seeking growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing to align plans with property goals and market trends.
• Review leasing activity and approve retention/renewal programs to meet proforma.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety standards and company policies.
