Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant real estate experience with independent asset management responsibility.
• Strong experience managing multifamily assets and value-add strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage assets and direct third-party property management teams.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business-plan execution skills.
• Construction, renovation, development and/or CapEx management experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to properties and construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive investment performance and execute strategic business plans across a multifamily portfolio.
• Independently oversee asset-level operations, budgets, leasing strategies, and financial performance.
• Direct and hold third-party property management teams accountable for operational and financial goals.
• Identify and implement revenue-enhancement and expense-containment initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure and renovation projects, including budgets, contractor bids, timelines, and site inspections.
• Prepare financial analyses, asset-level forecasts, performance reports, and investor updates.
• Evaluate asset performance and disposition strategies to maximize investor returns.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, refinancings, and dispositions as needed.
