Job summary

Beeline Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Financial Systems Service Delivery to own the NetSuite ERP and related finance tech. You will manage configuration, reporting, and controls while partnering with Finance, IT, and external partners.

You will lead system governance, user training, and continuous improvement to support accurate reporting and scalable accounting operations. Hybrid work with on-site days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA a plus.
• NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, or Certified ERP Consultant) preferred; CPA/CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer NetSuite ERP environment as system of record, core financials, OneWorld, and related apps.
• Lead the financial systems service delivery, with user support processes and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of NetSuite configurations and reporting using SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and saved searches.
• Manage user provisioning to ensure proper segregation of duties and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate NetSuite implementations, module rollouts, testing, and go-live support with IT and external partners.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite controls, access management, and IT general controls.
