Reperio Human Capital Ltd. seeks a NetSuite Finance Systems Lead to manage the company’s finance system day to day. You will set up reports, automate tasks and connect NetSuite with other tools, collaborating with finance, IT and external partners.

You’ll build reports and dashboards, manage data imports and system integrations, and troubleshoot issues to provide real-time, accurate insights for the business.

Formación

• Experience building reports and dashboards in finance systems.
• Ability to manage data imports and integrate NetSuite with other tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system issues and data reconciliation.

Job Title: NetSuite Finance Systems Lead

Location: Hybrid, New England

Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.

About the role:

In this role, you'll look after the company's finance system in NetSuite day to day. You'll set up reports, automate tasks and connect it with other tools. You'll work with finance, IT and outside partners, support users after launch and help make the system better over time.

What you'll do:

• Build reports and dashboards, manage data imports and system integrations, and troubleshoot issues so the business gets accurate, real-time insight.
• Shape the company's core finance and operations platform by tailoring its setup and automating everyday tasks.
• Manage who has access, what they can see and how approvals work.

What you'll need:

• Experience leading and supporting new system rollouts.
• Solid knowledge of how finance teams work and the systems behind them.
• A problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication, with the ability to explain technical issues simply to non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have:

• A background in finance, accounting or business systems.
• Exposure to linking finance tools with NetSuite ERP.
• Confident training teams on a new system.
