Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. You will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.

This role offers remote work with periodic travel to Madison, WI, and requires NetSuite expertise, SuiteFoundation certification, and 2+ years' ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field and equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is required.
• 2+ years' experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP with finance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor performance and maintain system integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for third-party integrations.
