Job summary

Avid is seeking a Sr. Director of Finance Systems to lead the NetSuite ERP and NSPB programs, guiding a small team of engineers and finance professionals.

You’ll own the platform roadmap, ensure reliable integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other systems, and drive modernization across the finance tech stack. You will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance Operations to optimize data flows, reporting, and forecasting, while maintaining strong governance and SDLC discipline.

Qualifications

• Deep technical and functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and NSPB.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and planning.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 members (FTEs and contractors).
• Translate finance process needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive SDLC disciplined delivery and roadmap execution.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to optimize systems.
