Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics in Waltham, MA seeks an Associate Director of Antibody Discovery Programs to lead multispecific antibody discovery initiatives and oversee numerous therapeutic programs with industry and academic collaborators. You will guide scientific strategies, review data in real time, and drive continuous improvements to ADS offerings.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific field with minimum 6 years of industry experience in early drug discovery and development, or a master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Broad and deep experience with antibody discovery and engineering, especially yeast-display based methods.
• Strong background in design and optimization of antibody-based therapeutics.
• Proven track record of successful execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for scientific success of antibody discovery and multispecific engineering campaigns.
• Drive major decisions, balance tradeoffs and resolve technical issues with a campaign.
• Coordinate execution and partner relationship with alliance management and project management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across ADS functional areas; bring innovative scientific and technological solutions.
