Alloy Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Antibody Discovery Programs in Waltham, MA to lead multispecific antibody projects and guide scientific strategy. You will oversee dozens of programs with partners across industry and academia, ensuring execution and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific field with 6+ years in industry, or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• Broad and deep experience with antibody discovery and engineering, especially yeast-display methods.
• Strong background in designing and optimizing antibody-based therapeutics.
• Proven track record delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific direction for multispecific antibody campaigns.
• Drive key project decisions and resolve technical issues.

• Lead continuous process improvements across ADS functions.
