Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Biology with 6+ years of industry experience in early drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of multispecific antibody discovery programs and drive strategy with partners.
• Evaluate data in real time and adjust strategies to ensure successful therapeutic discovery campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with project leaders, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
