Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Antibody Discovery Programs to shape and lead antibody discovery strategies. You will oversee monoclonal and bispecific projects, coordinating with pharma partners, academic collaborators, and internal teams.

You will communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders at multiple sites, guiding scientific decisions and ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years in early drug discovery, or MS with 10+ years.
• Strong antibody discovery and engineering experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work across US and international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of antibody discovery and engineering campaigns.
• Drive strategic decisions and problem-solve across programs.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams.
• Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of scientists.
