Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Medical Education Marketing, US Congress and TLL Asset Lead, based in Cambridge, MA. You will drive national congress strategy, oversee TLL education and insights, and ensure compliant, high-impact medical education initiatives aligned with brand goals.

You will collaborate with Medical, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and field teams to deliver accurate scientific content, manage sponsorships, and train field staff for optimal congress

Qualifications

• HCP engagement experience in pharma/biotech marketing or healthcare consulting.
• Strong focus on medical education and peer-to-peer strategy.
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute congress education strategy across symposia, booths, and materials.
• Provide on-site Congress leadership and post-event readouts for cross-functional teams.
• Identify new congress opportunities and optimize sponsorship spend year over year.
• Build relationships with medical associations to advance education initiatives.
• Lead resources and training for Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) teams and KOL insights.
