Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Market Insights to lead the development and execution of market research plans supporting US TTR priorities across patient audiences. Hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA.

You will partner with US Commercial, Competitive Intelligence, Data & Analytics and Global Market Insights to deliver actionable insights, manage projects on time and within budget, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Post-graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing or market research, minimum of 5 years market research experience in pharma/biotech.
• Mastery level in the full range of market research methodologies.
• Experience in rare disease areas desired, and multiple therapeutic areas.
• Excellent interpersonal listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify business questions.
• Develop the annual market research plan to address business needs.
• Design, execute and communicate qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights.
• Synthesize learnings with customer insights for holistic market understanding.
• Provide strategic insights to Global and US Situational Assessments within Brand Planning.
• Pilot innovative market research methodologies and integrate secondary data.
