Job summary

LEO Pharma in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, US Field Medical Training & Congress Strategy. This role shapes scientific readiness, onboarding, and the congress framework to ensure MSLs and MOLs are prepared to engage stakeholders and deliver high-quality scientific exchanges at major events.

You will lead training development, onboarding, and post-congress insights, partnering with Medical Directors, Global Medical Affairs, and publications teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSL/Medical Affairs with dermatology/immunology preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing Field Medical training programs.
• Experience planning and executing medical congress activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage US Field Medical training plans and onboarding.
• Lead congress strategy, readiness, and post-congress reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Travel up to 50% to support major congresses and training events.
