Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director to lead a high-performing team of Client Executives in the Dallas, TX area, focusing on MDUs and multi-tenant markets with Select Home services. You will shape strategy, build relationships with property owners, and drive access to Verizon networks.

You'll recruit and coach staff, partner with VEC and other teams, and navigate cross-functional programs to meet sales KPIs. This mobile role requires travel and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong record of leading business development and field sales professionals.
• Business acumen in MDU and wireless/broadband technology.
• Experience staffing and leading a team in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and building a team that can effectively partner with MDU property owners and managers to drive Select Home subscribership.
• Partnering with the Verizon Enhanced Communities (VEC) organization to identify enabled properties for early marketing.
• Establishing and nurturing cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GN&T, commercialization and sales channels to meet program goals.
• Overseeing and supporting your team's field sales activity and negotiating key deals.
• Leading your team to achieve all sales objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinating with VEC and other partners to keep teammates informed and resourced.
