Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director to lead a team of Client Executives responsible for the multifamily dwelling unit and multi-tenant marketplace in Select Home/Business markets. You will create strategic plans to engage property owners, build relationships, and deliver strong value propositions that enable access to Verizon networks.

Qualifications

• Leading a team of field sales or business development professionals.
• Strong business acumen in MDU and wireless/broadband tech.
• Experience staffing, developing, and leading in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Executives in the MDU/MTU markets.
• Identify property owners and build relationships for Verizon Select Home deployments.
• Collaborate with VEC and cross-functional partners to meet program goals.
• Oversee field sales activity and negotiate key deals; drive sales KPIs.
• Travel up to ~75% to assigned markets including Dallas, TX area.
