Job summary

Verizon seeks an Associate Director to lead a team of Client Executives for the MDU/MTU marketplace, focusing on Select Home services in targeted markets. You will create strategic plans, identify property owners, and deliver compelling value propositions to gain access for network deployment.

You will staff and develop a high-performing team, partner with VEC to identify enabled properties, and coordinate with marketing, GN&T, and sales channels to meet program goals while traveling across

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• 5GH, Fios, and mobile product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and building a team that can effectively partner with MDU property owners and managers in driving Verizon Select Home subscribership.
• Partnering with the Verizon Enhanced Communities (VEC) organization to identify properties and begin marketing.
• Establishing cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GN&T, commercialization and sales channels.
• Overseeing and supporting field sales activity and negotiation of key deals.
• Leading the team to achieve all sales objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborating with VEC partners to provide resources and drive performance.
• Traveling frequently to assigned markets to coach and develop the team.
