Job summary

Incedo Inc. in New York seeks an Associate Director to lead marketing and customer analytics engagements end-to-end, spanning analytics, customer experience, and technology. You will own outcomes, nurture senior client relationships, and drive growth with the practice head.

You’ll originate opportunities, shape proposals, and develop go-to-market assets while mentoring junior team members and setting high standards for problem-solving and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Analytical, conceptual and logical problem-solving at senior-stakeholder level.
• Experience turning marketing and customer analytics into actionable optimization for acquisition and retention across channels.
• Experience with incrementality measurement, analytics, and test-and-learn experimentation.
• Experience at leading marketing services or analytics agencies is a plus and maps to this role.
• MarTech fluency from a consulting standpoint to advise on marketing technology best practices.
• Understanding how analytics and activation connect across the funnel to own the full optimization loop.
• Commercial and growth orientation with a track record in identifying and pursuing account opportunities.
• Experience in top-tier consulting firms, with 2–3+ years of relevant senior exposure.
• Master's or MBA in Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and own the outcome, guiding analytics, CX, and tech directions.
• Maintain senior client relationships and position the practice on the client’s growth agenda.
• Originate opportunities and develop accounts with hypothesis-driven engagements.
• Drive commercial growth and go-to-market strategy with the Practice Head.
• Codify repeatable playbooks and build solution prototypes with the team.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and junior teammates to raise problem-solving standards.
