Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, pricing and/or reimbursement, gained at affiliate, regional or global level.
• Direct experience of HTA submissions, responses to HTA questions and payer-facing materials.
• Hands-on experience in developing or adapting value dossiers, economic models, budget impact tools and other reimbursement materials.
• Oncology experience is required; experience in hematological malignancies, cell therapy or complex hospital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ex-US access and reimbursement strategy execution for the multiple myeloma asset.
• Coordinate affiliate expectations, risks and timelines for HTA, reimbursement and launch readiness.
• Develop and maintain affiliate support plans with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Localize and deploy core HTA and reimbursement materials, including value dossiers and payer materials.
• Gather affiliate evidence needs and payer insights to guide HEOR and other partner functions.
• Support HTA submissions and responses, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and value proposition.
• Monitor launch readiness and identify gaps or risks affecting HTA submissions or access outcomes.
• Foster cross-affiliate knowledge sharing to reduce duplication and standardize materials.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Pricing, Finance, Regulatory, Government and Legal teams.
• Assist Joint Clinical Assessment process for EMA submissions.
• Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Prepare concise, decision-focused documents for regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
